Are you getting enough sleep?

Most people know (although, few practice) proper nutrition and exercise are keys to a healthy lifestyle but often times overlooked is the sleep factor.

If you're not waking up in the morning, eyes wide open, ready to beat that rented mule out back then you're not getting good sleep and most likely there are others parts of your health routine that need adjustment.

8 hours per night of good sleep, which means head hits the pillow and you're gonzo til the chicken starts cacklin. If not...you may find yourself like the ol' boy in the video clip.
