Here's a quick healthy Paleo friendly recipe for salmon. Get the family involved in the kitchen, no better place to catch up on the day and love each other. Food makes people happy.
You can sub any fish or veggies you like, grab your reusable tote bag and get to the market.
Simple Salmon
2 8oz. Salmon Filets
1 Yellow Zucchini
1 Green Zucchini
10 Baby Portabello Mushrooms
8 Roma Tomatoes
1/2 Red Onion
4 Garlic Cloves
1 Small Head Broccoli
5 oz. Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Jim Baldridge Seasoning
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut up veggies into large (2-3 in) uniform pieces, cut tomatoes in half length wise and mince garlic (toss out those messy garlic mincers and do it the old fashion way)
Place everything on a large rimmed baking sheet and mix with olive oil, salt, pepper, crushed flakes. (use your hands, the foods gotta have love) Spread out evenly on sheet.
Season salmon with Big Jim or your favorite seasoning and place on top of veggies. Toss it in the oven for 20-25 mins or until fish just pulls apart. Uncork the wine while it cooks and get ready for Eat Time. Serves 4 (or less if you're hungry)
Welcome to the GSB Tool Shed. A salute to good livin, good food and good friends. Cheers!

Just got in a shipment of Huck Gear. GSB D Luv's already sportin his button.
For those of you who watched the debate last night, someone should tell Fred Thompson a deep voice and mean face will get everyones attention but when they realize the only words coming out of your mouth are... "blahhh de blahhhh de blahhhh" they only person you're going to impress is ol' boy Kratsy down in the bottoms and I'm sure he was passed out way before 8pm.
Get off your arse and "Buck for Huck"

Bag It

Doing our part here in PV to reduce trash. Check with your local groceries to see if they offer nature friendly tote bags. Spend a couple bucks and eliminate waste.
You can load these things up after your trip around the outer edges of the store. Avoid the middle aisles, that's where the unhealthy crap resides.
p.s. Hound not included with tote purchase

Slick Spot

The results (from a highly non-scientific poll) during our last GSB outing, show no less than 8 local GSB members are Head Blade users.
If you're part of the chrome-dome revolution, you absolutely need to check it out. GSB's with ample cabbage on top but scruffy beards, can benefit from the Head Slick Shave Cream. Without a doubt, best shave cream on the market.
