Dirty Cajun

Nuttin like some dirty eggs after a good Bootcamp arse kickin.

Oil Olive to Coat Bottom of small pan
1/2 Tbsp Butter
Pinch Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Pepper
Salt
Pinch Dried Oregano
1 Cup Small Diced Red Taters
1 Cup Fresh Broccoli
1/4 Cup Sliced Red Onion
1 Cup Diced Andouille Sausage
1 1/2 Cups Egg Beaters or Egg Whites

* Add Oil, Butter, Seasoning and Taters to pan. Cook for 5 mins or taters almost soft
* Add Broccoli, Onion, Sausage. Cook 3 mins
* Add Eggs and cook until firm
* Serve with Frank's Hot Sauce and shrededed cheese if you please

Welcome Kim! Thanks for stopping by the Shed. Some folks are offended by certain language (can you believe that?) so we keep it PC and refer to our group by the acronym. Gives the members a little something to protect as well.
